With more than 30 years experience in the industry, Terry founded Pamper Cleaning Services in 1989. His ethos for the company has always been to run it in a fair manner for both staff and clients with a special ‘family’ view towards members of staff. Remaining actively involved in the business Terry insists on his being accessible to all clients and staff.
Richard Jackson
Managing Director
Richard has been in the cleaning industry for more than 20 years successfully covering various Senior Management roles. Upon joining Pamper Cleaning Services in 1997, his excellent skills in organisation and procedure made him the ideal candidate for Operations Director as the company grew. His responsibilities included oversight of operational matters, management of contracts and ensuring general satisfaction of service. He also has overall responsibility for health and safety and has achieved BSC Level 2 Risk Assessment. Since the beginning of 2012 Richard has been handed full operational control of the business following Terry’s emigration. Richards vision for the company being ‘something special’ within the industry and ensuring the company lives to its moto of ‘excellence as standard’ Richard has already made its mark on the company furthering it’s success.
